In house service Either we pick up your machine or you can bring it to us. Our delivery people are trained in the care of your machines and your home. On site service We can come to you!
Our technicians are absolutely the best in the business. They are fully qualified, have been in the industry for a long time and collectivly have over 60 years experience in maintaining, fixing and restoring a huge range of equipment. Often they will do the work in half the time of other technicians. Our field technician has 3 diploma's in computer, computer field service and electronics and has been servicing the home market for 24 years now having serviced over 3000 pinballs. This experience has enabled him to come fully prepared with all necessary parts and tools to have the machine fixed the first time without requiring further call outs unless a full reco is required which is done back in the workshop and only in extreme cases would require a second call out. Our in-house senior technician has 40 years experience in electronics repairs and has a broad knowledge and understanding of all electronic and mechanical devices such as juke boxes, video games, pinballs and even televisions, dvd players, amplifiers and all types of household and industrial electronics. We have the largest inventory of spare parts in Australia and a full compliment of staff including senior technicians, professional detailers, maintenance and industrial technicians, spare parts and service managers. You will always be greeted with a smile and will receive such friendly and helpful service that you will never want to go anywhere else. We offer fantastic value for money with service and friendliness that you will not find anywhere else.
9:30am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri $75 per hour + parts, minimum of 1 hr labour.
9:30am – 8:00pm, Mon – Fri
An additional fee of $85 will be charged to customers wanting “on the spot” or “same day service”.
*note: base to base service is charged from the time the technician leaves Bumper Action Amusements, 566 City Rd South Melbourne, until the time he returns at the applicable hourly rate - $110/hr. |
